Remove both seats.

Prop the front of the fuel tank up.

Lay the PCIII in the tail section and route the cable along the frame (Fig. A).

Disconnect the stock connector from the bikes injector, this connector is covered by a rubber boot (Fig B).

Plug the PCIII connectors inline with the stock harness and injector (Fig C).

Locate the TPS on the left side of the bike (Fig D).

Crimp the supplied wire-tap onto the YELLOW/BLACK wire (Fig E).

Connect the GREY wire from the PCIII to this wire tap.



It is recommended to use dielectric grease on these connections.

Remove the battery cover and attach the PC ground wire to the negative side of the battery (Fig F).

10 Remove the right side fairing.

11 Locate the stock O2 sensor. This is the wire coming from the right side of the cylinder head near the exhaust.

Unplug

12 Unplug the O2 sensor (Fig F).

The stock O2 sensor will no longer be connected to anything. Secure it out of the way.

O2 eliminator

13 Plug the Dynojet O2 eliminator into the stock wiring harness. 14 Route the O2 eliminator harness to the inside of the frame near the thermostat housing (Fig. G).

Ground 15 Ground the other end of the Dynojet O2 eliminator to the bolt of the thermostat housing (Fig. H).

16 Secure the PCIII in the tail section using the supplied velcro. Make sure to use the alcohol swab to clean both surfaces before attaching.

17 Bolt the fuel tank back into place. Reinstall the fairing and seats.
