Regarding Waimea Canyon: Please note that just driving to Waimea Canyon and to the Kalalau Lookout, can take 1.5 to 2.5 hours one way. Because of the time it takes to drive up the mountain, split the island into two Tour areas for Kauai Eden Adventures. (You will quickly see that each side of the island is completely and radically different.) Some people book two different consecutive Eden days so they can experience both sides of the island by land. There is a savings for booking two Tour days.
Half day (4 hour) and full day (7 hour) Tours are available Because there is so much I want you to see and experience on Kauai, I highly recommend the 7 hour Tour. However, 4 hour Tours are available! I will take care of everything for the day: delicious deli sandwich lunches, plenty of snacks, walking sticks, backpacks, water, fruit, surprises, photos on a dvd mailed to you, my guide book, and more. As this is a private tour, we have total flexibilty in start time and to go to places of your choosing. Kauai is renowned for her beauty, and often there are only a small handful of people where I will guide you.( Often, we get the place all to ourselves). Please see What to Pack for Day on website.
