ALL OHIO FALL FINALE 2013 Game Rules -Each team is responsible for a clock & book worker. -Two 16 min halves for 9th thru Elite Divison -Two 14 min halves for 7th/8th grade -Two 12 min halves for 4th – 6th grade -Clock stops on every whistle unless the lead is 20+ pts in the 2nd half -1 and 1 on the 10th team foul. There is no Double Bonus -Player fouls out on the 6 foul -Free Throws - Players may enter the lane on the release -Overtime 3mins/second overtime 1 mins/third OT sudden death -Halftime is 5 min. Can be altered at the discretion of the tournament director. -4 Timeouts per game - 2 full and 2 30’s per game; 1 additional timeout is provided for overtime (no carryovers)
