 Merauke Bupati Decree No. 02 year 2010, 11th January 2010, extended by Merauke Bupati Decree No. 161 year 2010, 4th June 2010, subsequently revised by Merauke Bupati Decree No. 322 year 2011, 28th November 2011; total area 62.150 ha in Distrik Jagebob, these lands are including oil palm and sugar cane.  This PT. Hardaya Sawit Papua Plantation area formerly owned by PT. Sawit Nusa Timur which was obtained pursuant tp Merauke Buapti Decree No. 312 year 2007, 3rd November 2007 on the transfer of location permit on total area 35.297 ha from PT. Tebu Nusa Timur (Merauke Bupati Decree on Location Permit No. 295 year 2007, 10th October 2007) for oil palm plantation cultivation in Distrik Jagebob. In 2009, Merauke Bupati issued a Decree No. 175 year 2009, 11th August 2009 on the revision of location permit size from 35.297 ha to 31.507 ha.  Merauke Bupati withdrew Location Permit PT. Sawit Nusa Timur throug a Merauke Bupati Decree No. 1 year 2010 (7th January 2010) on the revocation of Location Permit PT Sawit Nusa Timur for oil palm plantation cultivation in Distrik Jagebob (Nalkin, Jagebob, Poo and Toray village) and Wayau, Baad and Koa village in Distrik Animha; In 2010, Merauke Bupati issued a location permit to PT. Hardaya Sawit Papua Plantation, in the same location. Subsequently PT Sawit Nusa Timur sued the decision in Administrative Court in Jayapura.  The status of the location formerly forest areas for other purposes (APL) for oil palm plantation owned by milik PT. Merauke Sawit Jaya pursuant to MoF Decree No. 455/Kpts-II/1999 dated 17 June 1999. around 31.691,72 ha.  PT. Hardaya Sawit Papua Plantation is now undertaking public consultation for EIA/AMDAL terms of reference and plantation business permit from Papua Province Governor, and forest release permit of MoF.
