Scott E. Guillemette, A.S.A., M.A.A.A. Vice President, Actuarial Consulting Ingenix Consulting Scott Guillemette is a seasoned actuarial consultant that has served the health care industry for over 20 years. Mr. Guillemette works extensively with managed healthcare organizations and health insurers and often speaks to industry groups on a wide range of topics including: financial modeling and simulation, product development, medical cost trend management, actuarial appraisals of plan value, reinsurance and disease management / intervention validation. Mr. Guillemette is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. As such, he is qualified to provide most health-based actuarial certifications and/or opinions. Mr. Guillemette has assisted clients on the introduction of new products by working closely with state regulatory authorities to accelerate policy and rate form acceptance. Before joining Ingenix Consulting, Scott was a principal with Tillinghast, Towers Perrin’s U.S. health sector practice for 13 years. In addition, he was the manager of information systems for a Minneapolis-based PPO. Scott is an Associate of the Society of Actuaries. He earned a bachelor’s degree in statistics from the University of Minnesota.
