Skills Being Taught 

The Camp will cover all aspects of the game, with emphasis on hitting, base running, fielding, throwing, pitching, position work and more.

Campers will participate in a variety of drills and activities as well as experiencing game situations and strategies. The objective of the Lakewood BlueClaws Youth Baseball Camp is to instill the fundamentals of baseball, promote good sportsmanship and create an enjoyable learning atmosphere for all.

What to Bring: Each camper must bring a baseball glove. We will provide aluminum bats and batting helmets, but you may also bring your own. Campers should wear appropriate baseball clothing (cap, shorts, t-shirt, and/or sweat clothes). NO METAL SPIKES will be permitted. Sunscreen is recommended. Water will be provided, but campers may bring a water bottle as well.
