Tenders containing two separate envelopes of “FINANCIAL
PROPOSAL” and “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” will be received upto 11:00 hours on
17-12-2012 The envelopes containing “TECHNICAL PROPOSAL” will be
opened in the office of the undersigned at 11:30 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives who care to attend. 4.
Tender without earnest money (In shape of CDR in favour of DDO,
Capital Hospital equivalent to 3% of bid value will not be considered in any case. The successful bidder shall deposit security @ 5% of the contract value in the shape of Call Deposit at the time of signing the contract. 5.
Successful tender shall require to submit performance guarantee
@ 5% of contract amount in shape of pay order /deposit at call in favour of D.D.O, Capital Hospital at the time of signing of contract agreement. 6.
No tender will be sold on the date of opening of tenders. The authority
reserves the right to reject any or all tenders under the rule. 7.
The validity time for the bids is 03 Month (90 days).
