Fashion Design prepares students for entry-level positions in design, pattern making, couture studio work, production management, private label merchandising, and other related positions. Costume Design prepares the student to seek professional work as a costumer or assistant designer within the motion picture and television industries and live theatre, as well as freelance design and construction at the local level for community theatre and performing arts.
