Dear Colleagues and Friends of the PortASAP (COST Action CA 16215), We have the pleasure to invite you to the MC meeting of the 2nd Grand Period of the PortASAP COST Action. The meeting will be held in Varazdin, Croatia, from the 12th to the 14th of February 2019. The MC meeting will be held in parallel to workshops organized by WG1 and WG3. The meeting is supported by the COST Association, and therefore there will be no conference fees. However, registration is compulsory as places are limited. To register for the PortASAP workshops and/or MC meetings, please fill in the registration form and email it to
[email protected] before the 1th of November. While the program will be announced at a later stage, the workshop will be the occasion for the attendees to build their own instruments, some of them will be available to bring back home. Please remember that for this meeting, the flat rate for hotel reimbursement is of 80€. The COST Association will provide transport, accommodation and meal subsidies for around 60 attendees. Subsidies will be available in the following order of priorities: (1) Management Committee members, (2) invited speakers, (3) early career investigators, (4) remaining attendees by order of registration. To maximize the number of participants that will be reimbursed we will appreciate if you can send back the registration form especially if you already know that you will not be able to attend. VERY IMPORTANT: Please register to the conference as soon as possible by emailing us back the registration form but do not book transport or accommodation before you hear back from us, as we will not be able to refund your expenses in that case. Please also read and fill the participant data registration form and email it back with the registration form.
