Methods: In this study, we used lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and FHUXOHLQWRLQGXFHVHYHUHDFXWHSDQFUHDWLWLVLQ&%/PLFHZLWKVXEVHTXHQWDGPLQLVWUDWLRQ ZLWKORZPHGLXPDQGKLJKGRVH JNJJNJDQGJNJUHVSHFWLYHO\ RI'&4'Results: '&4'WUHDWPHQWLPSURYHGWKHSDWKRORJLFDOVFRUHDQGGHFUHDVHGVHUXPDP\ODVHDQGOLSDVH in a dose-dependent manner. In addition, it suppressed the immune cell-induced secretion of HMGB1 and its translocation from the nucleus to the cytoplasm, thus repressing the H[SUHVVLRQRI,/DQG71)į)XUWKHUSUHWUHDWPHQWZLWK'&4'GHFUHDVHGUHVSRQVHVRI7/5V DQGVXSSUHVVHGWKHDFWLYDWLRQRI1)NJ%DQGS0$3.SDWKZD\Conclusion: Decreasing the VHFUHWLRQRI+0*%FRXOGUHGXFHSURLQÁDPPDWRU\F\WRNLQHVZKLFKPD\KHOSFXWWLQJGRZQ WKH ULVNV RI GHYHORSPHQW IURP ORFDOL]HG SDWKRORJLFDO FKDQJHV WR D V\VWHPLF LQÁDPPDWRU\ response syndrome and even lead to multiple organ failure. © 2015 The Author(s) Published by S.
