National Physical Laboratory, a constituent Laboratory of CSIR desires to engage 02 nos. of “Data Entry Operator” and 05 nos. of “Help Desk Facilitator” on purely temporary basis on contract for a period of 6 months for work relating to the implementation of ERP Applications at NPL, New Delhi under project "Enterprise Resource Planning Solutions". Contract may be terminated any time by giving one month notice by either side. The applicants will have no claim implicit or explicit for consideration against any NPL post. Reservation:- As regards reservation, if all things are equal, SC/ST/OBC candidates may be given preference over General candidates so as to ensure their representation. Mode of Selection: - In case a large number of candidates turn up, the candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of criteria adopted by the screening committee in terms of weightage(s) to the educational qualification(s) and the work experience followed by computer skill test/interview by a duly constituted Committee. The select panel so prepared will be utilized for engagement as and when requirement arises. Relaxation of age for SC/ST/PH/OBC and women will be applicable as per GOI instructions.
Eligible candidates may appear together with downloaded application form available on our website www.nplindia.org. duly filled-up, for “Walk-in interview” on the date as mentioned above from 09.00 AM to 10.00 AM (candidate will not be entertained after 10.00 AM under any circumstance) in the Auditorium of the laboratory, along with latest passport size photograph, original and attested copies of all certificates/testimonials. Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PH should bring copies of certificates in the proper format issued by the appropriate authority as per the latest instructions issued from time to time on the subject.
