Disney.Pixar’s Brave Movie Passes Redemption TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The Disney.Pixar’s Brave Movie Passes Redemption (“this Promotion”) is open to all eligible American Express Cards issued by Maybank and Maybank Islamic both Principal and Supplementary (“Cardmembers”) which are valid, subsisting and in good credit standing as may be determined by Maybank at its sole and absolute discretion. 2. The following shall not be eligible to participate in this Promotion : a) American Express Corporate, Business, Purchasing Cardmembers (all other cards apart from American Express Consumer Cards) b) Cardmembers whose account(s) are terminated within this Promotion period c) Any other persons as Maybank may decide to exclude at its sole and absolute discretion without notice and without furnishing any reason(s). Redemption of Movie Passes 1. Cardmembers are entitled to redeem more than two (2) or four (4) Disney.Pixar’s Brave movie passes throughout the Promotion period. However, they are entitled to redeem two (2) or four (4) Disney.Pixar’s Brave movie passes only on a particular day within the Promotion period. 2. The category of seats for the Disney.Pixar’s Brave movie passes awarded is ordinary seat & could be redeemed at box office counters of Golden Screen Cinemas (“GSC”) nationwide. 3. Maybank reserves the right to substitute the movie pass with that of similar value at any time at its sole and absolute discretion.
Participation and Qualification Criteria 1. Entry is automatic subject to meeting the criteria herein. No pre-registration or entry forms required. 2. To be eligible and qualify for the Promotion, Cardmembers must fulfill the following criteria : e) A minimum spend of RM300 in a maximum of 2 receipts or a minimum spend of RM500 on EzyPay transaction at participating EzyPay merchants must be made at these malls only: AEON Bukit Tinggi, Klang, AEON Cheras Selatan, AEON Station 18, Ipoh, KSL City, Johor Bahru. a. Redeem the Disney.Pixar’s Brave movie passes at Maybank Booth in the same Participating malls on the same day of successful transaction from 12pm till 6pm. b. The movie passes must be redeemed once a day (regardless of 2 or 4 Disney.Pixar’s Brave movie passes) and on a first come first served basis. c.
Cardmembers with successful transaction of accumulative RM300 or above (as in 2a) are entitled to redeem two (2) Disney.Pixar’s Brave movie passes. Cardmembers with successful EzyPay transaction at participating EzyPay merchants (as in 2a) are entitled to redeem four (4) Disney.Pixar’s Brave movie passes.
Disney.Pixar’s Brave Movie Pass Terms & Conditions 1. Redeemable for 1 (one) normal movie ticket for Disney.Pixar’s Brave at any Golden Screen Cinemas, except GSC Signature. 2. RM 5 surcharge applicable for 3D screening. 3. This movie pass is not valid for twin seats, 2D, Premiere Class and Gold Class. 4. This movie pass is not valid with other GSC promotions or offers. 5. This movie pass is not exchangeable for cash or for sale. 6. Original movie passes must be presented at GSC cinemas box office to redeem for movie ticket. 7. Redemption of tickets is subject to availability of seats. 8. This movie pass is good for 1 (one) time use only. 9. This movie pass is not valid for online purchase and mobile purchase.
General Terms & Conditions 1. By participating in this Promotion, the Cardmember agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions and the decisions of Maybank. 2. Maybank shall not be liable for any misrepresentation or misinterpretation of facts in respect of the Promotion offered and published in any mass media, marketing or advertising materials. 3. In no event shall Maybank or any of its employees, representative and/or agents be liable to any person for any direct or indirect, special or consequential loss or damage arising from or in connection with this Promotion. 4. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and all eligible Cardmembers who participate in this Promotion shall be deemed to have agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. 5. Maybank reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, suspend extend or terminate this Promotion in whole or in part or to vary, delete, amend or add any of the terms and conditions herein at anytime at its absolute discretion by giving 21 days prior notice of the intention to do so via maybank2u.com, www.americanexpress.com.my, its business premises or any other channel or channels of communication it deems as suitable. Maybank shall formalize the said terms and conditions by posting a further notice after the expiry of the said 21 days notice via the same channel(s). 6. Maybank reserves the right to publish and display the names and details of Winners, photographs of Winners and audio/video recording for any mass media or marketing materials for advertising and publicity purposes in any manner as and when Maybank deem necessary without further notice to the Cardmembers.
