The results were as follows: Yes 165 votes* No 110 votes *Elected and passed CALL FOR VOLUNTEERS Do you want to volunteer your time and/or equipment to help clean up and do some repairs to the river park? It was suggested to the BOD at board meetings and the annual meeting that we should solicit volunteers from property owners rather than go out for bids for various projects within River Chase. After our last big rainfall, we have some areas within the river park showing signs of erosion which need to be reinforced with boulders, concrete or some type of fill. To do this project, we will also need some equipment such as a back-hoe, bobcat and trailers. We would like to get a team of volunteers together to assist in cleaning out and repairing these areas. The POA will pay for all materials needed for the repairs. If you would like to volunteer and/or have equipment that can be used, please e-mail the board at [email protected]. We would also like to get a list of property owners who would be willing to volunteer their time within the community for various projects that may come up. If you have any skills (i.e. plumbing, certified electrician, landscape design) or would just like to volunteer your labor, please e-mail the board at the address above. Remember, some of these skills may require certifications. Thank you for any assistance you can give! 2
