Document Description This document details the procedure for submitting false positive and false negative (SPAM) email messages for the Glow email system provided by Microsoft Office 365 Outlook. Step 1: View email in Outlook Web Client Step 2: Double click email and it opens in a new window Step 3: Click on the “…” Step 4: Select “View Message Details” Step 5: Copy and paste all the “message details” into the body of a new email and send to:

False negatives (spam not detected by Cloudmark) should be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected] False positives (legitimate e-mail messages marked as spam by Cloudmark) should be sent to the following e-mail address: [email protected] Diagram of steps shown on the next page. Do not send misclassified messages by using the Forward command. The Forward command strips the messages of essential header information and results in an invalid submission.
