Insert the water supply hose into a full water tank. Turn La Piccola on with the switch on the rear. Wait till the top red light "A" turns off. Open a coffee pod and insert it into the pressure chamber "C" by raising the large lever arm"B". Make sure the pod is properly centered Close the pressure chamber with the lever down. This will require some force. Place cup below the spout "D" and extract your espresso by turning on the pump switch "A". You will hear the pump and see the extraction commence. Turn the pump off once the coffee flow is light. This is usually less than 20 seconds. Enjoy your coffee! Remove the spent pod by raising the lever "B" close again and turn pump on with for 1 second to clean. Regularly remove excess water from draining drawer "E".
