Introduction Valuable source of information and is the principal organization. As human resources, financial resources and raw materials in the production process and the role of specific value, but in the age of information and communication, are particularly valuable information. Hand information society is the key and release and use it is a social indicator. National promotion of growth is meant to be. Information on insight and dramatically affects our behavior (1). Electronic gadgets and computer technology in the last decade led to the phenomenon of information explosion and certainly an important influence on the direction of their communities and information needed will . Today, not only senior managers and executives, but to all segments of the community, scholars, and merchants are forced to use the information . Users of information systems , information as a valuable resource , The Stone of capital and labor to employ. Because the data are valuable and essential for all activities of the organization are , therefore, should be set up to provide information Ssytm of production and to manage them . The ultimate goal of such systems to ensure accuracy, reliability and validity of the information available at the time required and the form is used . Nowadays, information systems play an essential role to play in all areas of a company . According to the companies indicated that they were equipped with information systems for their daily activities . The real challenge that companies face , simply by employing computer -based information systems , but the basic objective of effective use of information systems in management. Information systems , which are considered as a valuable resource , the ability of managers and staff to increase effectiveness and feasibility of objects with high productivity will lead to ( 1 ) office automation system link between organizational communication and information technology application Office of the electronic equipment in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness in organizations ( 2 ). Problems in traditional systems such as missing letters, no security , time, cost and labor intensive, large bureaucracy and lack of updated data led to the organization of information systems in organizations , including the system wentneeds to be used . Business and the one mentioned in the article, companies that have the best intentions of using office automation and the most effective are those that are clearly situ, the use of office automation . ( 3 ). Of the system and also felt that the framework there is no name office automation , but a combination of various equipments to facilitate administrative tasks related to office automation call. , but from the 1960s that more aspects of administrative and commercial uses and activities spread of an integrated system office fit a huge volume of information , correspondence , include correspondence, clearly felt that with different names , such as administrative systems , information systems , administrative systems, end users and end- user computing systems is called. But the most popular and highest degree of automation, office automation systems , office name is called . Office automation , formal and informal , which includes all the electronic systems to communicate information among individuals within and outside the institution and vice versa is concerned . The original word office automation of data processing , management information systems and decision support systems distinguish communication. Office automation to facilitate both oral and written forms of communication (3 ). In late 1980 , a 10-year results of a study on the efficiency of organizations of various sizes showed that despite a 90 percent productivity growth in industry productivity in the office, only 4 percent growth . It was while in the same period, about 30-20 percent of the estimated costs of the office of 40-30 % of the total costs had increased ( 4 ). That came into existence after the system should increase the productivity and efficiency of the offices were , therefore, the development of a data processing system (DPS), management information

systems and decision support systems , office automation systems came into existence . These systems through information technology support and increase the efficiency of the administrative offices are .while decentralization is being centralized , ie it can be done remotely , without requiring continuous physical presence and that this can be done on short spatial and temporal distances as a superhighway insists. Office automation systems thus eases the administrative process and increase the efficiency of human resources and management ( 5 ).the system accepts ( 7 ) . The results Rahimi Kia and colleagues (1389 ) showed that the role of Khorramabad city staffers to use Office Automation ( administrative support systems , telecommunications systems , document management systems and document handling systems ) in view of their efficiency are positive ( 8 ) . Sarrafzadeh and Alipour (1388 ) in their study expressed that the use of office automation on factors such as efficiency, effectiveness and efficiency in the field of human resources have a direct effect but the impact was not as significant ( 9 ). Civil Mousavi and Spring ( 1385) in their study concluded that official communications and exchanges of office automation is very easy , but the lack of informal communication and personal effectiveness . 's Also about preventing the system from some deal positively and negatively related to nonessential Sazmannqsh plays ( 4 ). Bklv Sheikh et al (1391 ) in their study expressed the automation of efficient use of time, speed and accuracy in performing the task will affect responsiveness to customers and thereby increase the efficiency of the organization ( 10 ). The results Yazdani et al (1389 ) Establishment of office automation and its results as an appropriate strategy to increase the speed and reduce the costs of information exchange was adopted , has been described ( 11 ) . Results ritual and colleagues (1391 ) showed that the average level of information available on the status and condition is designed with improved high ( 12 ) . Roadster and senior vice president of information systems development study to evaluate the efficacy of and Mhndshy Contacts East Azerbaijan , and the results of their study show that information systems ( all aspects ) are effective and managed above average relative to attract user satisfaction ( 13 ). Behan research and Holmes ( 2000) also suggests that an organization 's information technology allows employees to enhance their efficiency and effectiveness , and also make the system effective and efficient management of the organization to provide more advanced ( 14 ). Khalatbary et al (1389 ) argue that the use of information technology on the efficiency , effectiveness and group decisions affect employees' technical and professional organizations ( 15 ) . Sarafi and Ali Panahi (1381 ) point out that the system life cycle the information may only take a few months or it may take several years . However, the dynamic nature of business and information systems with time and will be updated . Effective when the information system is able to respond to users' information needs , otherwise it will step into absurdity . The aim of this study was to evaluate the correlation between the factors influencing the effectiveness of automation is Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences ( 16 ). Methods

In this descriptive - analytical correlation is the cross in 1392 in the area of staff of Medical Sciences , Kermanshah , was population included all users of the system automation University ( 255 patients) samples using Cochran's formula equals 153 patients with a 5% error level data were obtained using a standard questionnaire Likert 5 options (roadster and senior ) ( 13 ) have confirmed the reliability and validity were collected again using narrative Comments Again, the validity of which was confirmed by the comments of teachers and professionals for its reliability using Cronbach's alpha test pilot sample of 30 subjects (781.) Data obtained software spss21 the about were analyzed.

positive and significant relationship exists between the safety relevance (sig = .165, r = .079), positive and weak. The highest correlation was related to accuracy (837.r =) was.

Conclusions As we know that the correlation between x [ -1 +1 ] is a positive correlation indicates a direct relationship between the size of each is a negative correlation indicates the relationship is indirect, in other words, the greater the positive correlation of a desireof 05. would have to be significantly related to each other with startling results Norouzian Karabakh (1390 ) , Kia Rahimi et al ( 1389), exchange born and Alipour (1388 ) , Civil Mousavi and Spring ( 1385), Sheikh Bklv and colleagues ( 1391) , Yazdani and colleagues ( 1389), traveler and senior , Behan and Holmes (2000 ) , Khalatbary and colleagues (1389 ) is consistent with That is, users indicate the effectiveness of the correlation between the high and relatively effective automation have evaluated In other words, the system is able to automation information needs of users at an acceptable level for them to prepare and process. But the essential point seems to be that the automation system must be improved in such a way that meet the needs of Information to users now and in the future as well. Connection between economic dimension and there is no significant relationship (sig = 0.073, r = .118), but a weak positive correlation between them is This is necessary in order to achieve high effectiveness of the reanalysis data and processes associated with the field work The users of this system over the current needs related to their information needs to be And outputs of the system can be analyzed as cost effective as there is no significant relationship between the safety related (sig = .165, r = .079) But the correlation is positive and weak in other words, there is no relationship between this dimension represents a lack of reliable automation system security is Most users are allowed access to the system, so it is necessary to review the steps necessary to review the inputs, outputs and processes done.
