Diploma Designations for students who enter ninth grade in 2013-14 Merit Diploma Designation

Scholar Diploma Designation

In addition to the standard diploma requirements, students seeking the Merit Diploma Designation must earn 1 or more industry certifications. In addition to the standard diploma requirements, students seeking the Scholar Diploma Designation must earn:  credit in at least one AP, IB, AICE or DE course  credit in Algebra 2  credit in either chemistry or physics;  passing scores on the Biology and US History EOCs; and  a passing score on the Algebra 2 EOC when it becomes available.
