Electronic Software Product Letter of Destruction The following is a letter of destruction certifying that you have destroyed any copies of the software you purchased from RIS d.o.o. Please fax the completed form to +385 51 687 501 or scan and e-mail the completed form to
[email protected]. We must receive the faxed or e-mailed copy within the 5 day period after you recieve a RMA number from our technical support in order for your purchase to be refunded. NOTE: All information must be included and this document signed for it to be honored.
This AGREEMENT is made and entered into by and between RIS d.o.o and ______________________ (hereinafter "Customer"). RIS D.O.O. shall refund the purchase price of the product to the Customer once this letter has been received and validated by RIS d.o.o. I, the Customer, hereby declare under penalty of perjury by law, that as of the date of this Letter of Destruction, I have taken the necessary measures to delete and destroy the Electronic Software supplied to me under the Customer License Agreement (EULA). In order to delete and destroy the Electronic Software I have taken the following steps: 1. Relinquished all rights to use and upgrade the software 2. Deleted the serial number key received from RIS d.o.o. 3. Destroyed all and any electronic copies, including but not limited to: a. All files on hard drive b. Floppies c. CD media d. Other backup media 4.Destroyed all hard copy documentation provided within the software download.
