Statement on Seminole Hard Rock Ownership & Operations Globally "Hard Rock International and its affiliates (collectively “Hard Rock”) are the sole owners of the Hard Rock brand. Presently, there are 175 Hard Rock venues in 54 countries, including 138 cafes, 18 hotels and 7 casinos of which, 67 are managed by Hard Rock. Relative to casinos, Hard Rock currently manages the Hard Rock Casino located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and will manage the Hard Rock Rocksino in Northfield Park, OH when it is scheduled to open in December, 2013.
