Glutamate receptor mapping by Femto2D microscopes

• Select sites in rasters for automatic two-photon glutamate uncaging. Each triangle shows different uncaging locations used in the measurement series • Do a series of uncaging measurements using the LineMagic module. • At each uncaging location a little zigzag patterned photostimulation is delivered according to the preset protocol in order to release glutamate in 300 µs
