Neck-cranks or twisters) Never forget the difference between a sparring match and a street fight New GI/shirt/shorts Every 2 - 3 hours – laundry service available on site R20 per Gi set or shorts plus Tee. Shower between extended rolling sessions – we have showers and towels available Ensure nails clipped (If you can see white, they are too long), clean feet Long hair to be tied back Remove all Jewellery and watches Mouth-guards and groin protection are optional. If you need them, you are probably rolling too hard No Rolling with any cuts or open wounds, ensure they are covered Please adhere to Safety Officers instructions. Let the safety officer know if you do not feel well or have a problem straight away

For anyone staying the night we will provide a room to rest in, you need to bring your own mattress/sleeping bag. Breakfast will be available on the Sunday morning.
