Tom Farmer is a highly accomplished total rewards and mobility leader, with a career spanning over 25 years, including over 15 years of corporate experience and over seven years of consulting, most recently with Mercer as a Principal. Tom has held leadership roles at the country, region and global levels. His expertise is developing total rewards solutions for both local and mobile talent for large organisations. Tom has a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA) from Eastern Michigan University, where he was awarded Outstanding Management Student. He is a Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) through WorldatWork, and a faculty member for their Global Remuneration Professional certification. Tom is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is also a member of the Asia Pacific Leadership Committee for Worldwide ERC.
