Implementation of RKVY Schemes under Water Resources Department RKVY Schemes under RKVY were also implemented by the Department of Water Resources from the year 2007-09 onwards and a total of 16 RWHS (Rain Water Harvesting Schemes) with total command area of 145.40 Ha were completed during the year 2008-09 (Annexure-IIA). At present there is no on-going scheme. However there are 90 (ninety) nos. of new schemes proposed under RKVY for the year 2009-10 (AnnexureIIB). These new schemes will benefit a total area of 640.44 Hectares. The following are the Rain Water Harvesting Schemes proposed for the different Districts:Sl. No
