INFORMATION AND GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR COURSE AND TRAINING 1.0 Registration/booking If the Participant wants to register for the course, he shall notify Siemens in writing by filling out the Standard registration form and send the form by e-mail to [email protected]. If Siemens accepts the registration, a written confirmation will be sent to the participants, which is then considered as biding. 2.0 Prices The price includes conducting course, course material, necessary equipment, issuing a certificate as proof of course participation, lunch and refreshments. For course held at Siemens Trondheim duration more than one (1) day the price includes one (1) evening social arrangement for course participants, if not otherwise stated. The evening social arrangement includes dinner according to Siemens’ Business Conduct Guidelines will not exceed a total amount of NOK 800 per participant. The prices apply in NOK Ex Works and are exclusive of the Value Added Tax. It shall be calculated separately at the respective rate according to the applicable legal regulations. The course will be invoiced after completion. 3.0 Cancellation The Participant may cancel the registration by notice in writing. If the Participant cancels the registration more than three (3) weeks before starting date of course, he shall not be invoiced any costs and this shall be for free. If the Participant cancels the registration three (3) weeks before starting date of course, 100% of the Price is charged, if not the reservation is used by another person from the same company. The accomplishment of the course presupposes minimum participants as described in the offer. Cancellation of the course will be notified latest 2 weeks before starting of course. 4.0 Class hours Class hour is usually from 09.00 to 16.00. 5.0 Copyright Siemens The reproduction of course documents for unauthorized purposes, distribution and use of its content to other parties is not permitted. Offenders will be liable for damages. Software provided by Siemens for training purposes during courses may not be removed, may not be copied either in whole or in part or be utilized in any other unauthorized manner. Course material is only supplied to course participants. 6.0 Hotel Accommodation and travel expenses are not included in the course price. However, Siemens can offer help finding a hotel. For further information please take contact. 7.0 Limitation of liability Siemens is not liable for cancelations of course due to Force Majeure and incidents which can be caused by misinterpretation in relation to the course. 8.0 Contractual terms For contractual terms other than stated in this document Orgalime SE01 shall apply.
