Instruction on Installing the Bracket Trade Software to the NinjaTrader Platform: 1) **Important**: Save TheBracketIndicatorV1.zip on your computer AS IS (in .zip format). Do not extract the file. Step 1 - Import software into Ninja Trader: 2) Open NinjaTrader - If you do not have it, register and download the free version here: http://www.ninjatrader.com/download-registration 3) In NinjaTrader, click on "File" tap on top navigation bar 4) Select "Utilities," then select "import Ninja script" 5) In pop-up, click "yes" 6) In pop-up browser window, find the location of the TheBracketIndicatorV1.zip file, and select it by clicking once. Then, click "open". 7) Pop up screen should say "Ninja Trader successfully imported all indicators/strategies contained in the Ninjascript archive file." Press "OK"
Step 2 - Activate BracketIndicator Software on Ninja Trader chart 8) From the Ninja Trader Control center, create a new chart by clicking File/New/Chart 9) Select ES-**-** (where the ** represent the latest emini contracts) 10) Click "New" on lower left of screen 11) Under "period" on the upper right, in the "value" menu, change from "1" to "10" (minutes), 12) Also, in the "data" menu, for the "Session template," scroll down and select "CME US Index Futures RTH" 13) Then click "OK" on the lower left 14) A new chart will pop up. On the chart, from the top menu click on the "indicators" icon
15) A new pop up will appear, on the menu on the left, scroll down to "TheBracketIndicator" and click on it 16) Then Click "New" on the lower left, then click "Ok" 17) That's it - Historical brackets will appear on the chart. You are now all set to go. Your bracket indicators will now appear for your trades to tell you the pricing of your bracket (after 10AM Eastern Time)
What theBracketIndicator Software does: Software automatically draws the upper and lower brackets at the price, and at the precise time it should be drawn. When a long or short trade is indicated, it will automatically sound an alarm. The limit price will be shown as well, on the chart. All you have to do is simply execute the trade at the price indicated (by double clicking on the price, if using Infinity AT - but also in most other trading platforms). It's really cool! And I think you will be pleased!
