Click on yellow “create your own wish list.”

Put in email address and become a customer and register.

Now you can produce wish lists

6) Manage This List ~ Open this and you can: 1. Edit Wish List Name 2. Privacy Settings: Make this public 3. Delete the Wish List

7) Create a New Wish List: This is where you give your wish list a name. Please use the Purchase Order Number to name your list. Create a new wish list name for EACH purchase order you submit.

8) Two scenarios when ordering: 1. Usual page. Click “ADD TO WISH LIST”

2. Available from these sellers. This means Amazon DOES NOT have this item in stock and are only available with selected dealers. These items are usually used and not guaranteed to be available when we order. Each vendor generally has only one book, so quantities are not promised …with a $3.99 shipping charge per vendor. If you decide to order from this selection, you cannot choose which vendor you want nor can you choose the condition of the item…you just click ADD TO WISH LIST.

9) After you add an item to your Wish List this page will appear. Move the item to your Wish List and click “GO”. Be careful to add it to the correct Purchase Order Number list. You may have more than one Wish List…that means more than one Purchase Order.

10) After each addition, you’ll be taken to your Wish List. You now have the opportunity to put in quantity desired or comments. It will only show quantities of 2 or more. If there is no quantity, we will order one of the item

11) When you are finished with your order, click on SHARE WITH FRIENDS or PRINT FOR YOUR RECORDS, which are next to Manage This List and send to the person doing purchasing at your school. They will forward your E-Mail to AASSA for processing.

You will be asked to complete a security check. Type the characters you see exactly as they are presented. Your email will then be sent. 12) Once a Purchase Order is processed, you cannot add to it. You’ll have to produce a new Wish List for new items. If you go into your Wish List, and it’s empty, you’ll know it’s been processed. You also may see a message like this:

Quantity Desired: 20 Quantity Received: 2

This means only 2 of the 20 items have been ordered. With some books there’s a limit to how many we can order. So we have to order little by little.

13). THE FINAL STEP: You must create an AASSA Purchase Order form with the information on your wish list and upload it into our system.
