KUnet-guide: How to login This guide will show you how to login at KUnet. First open your browser and go to: KUnet. If you are familiar with your Username (xxx123) and password, just login. Now you will have access to KUnet. Are you going to use KUnet for the first time, forgot your UCPH Username, password or PIN then follow this guide.

Your UCPH Username can’t be changed. You are able to log in with your danish CPR-number and PIN. Your personal information will not be passed on. It will only be used when you request a new one-time password.
First time you log in.
When you start at University of Copenhagen you will recieve a student ID-card and a PIN-code by mail. This PIN is important first time you log in to KUnet. Open your browser. Visit KUnet Choose First time you log in.

Write your CPR-number and your PIN-code. (without hyphen in cpr.) Click Log in.
Now you will be shown your personal username and asked to make a password. Update your user profile with your private email and/or mobile telephone number. This will provide you with quick access in case you forget you username later. Click Update user profile. Forgot your UCPH Username
Open your browser. Visit KUnet Choose Forgot UCPH Username.

Type your Username in the box. Click Submit. You will now recieve a one-time password by mobile phone or email. If you didn’t update your user profile when given the chance earlier then the one-time password will be sent to your registered postal address. When one-time password is recieved
Open your browser. Visit KUnet Choose Login with one-time password

Type your username. Type the one-time password you just recieved. Type A new password. Retype New password. Click Submit new password. Visit KUnet and log in.
Forgot PIN-code
Open your browser. Visit KUnet Choose Forgot PIN-code.

Type in your CPR-number. (without hyphen) Choose Send. A new PIN-code will be sent to your registered postal address.
