Vineyards situation Ladoix is a village located to the north of Côte de Beaune, to the north-east of the village called Aloxe-Corton, next to the famous hill of Corton. The altitude is between 220 and 360 m and the exposure is east/south-east. The soil contains clay and marls.

Côte de Beaune Appellation Village

Characteristics This vineyard is located on a soft slope with a nice exposure. The soil is stony and not very deep. The vineyard is about twenty years old and is cultivated by maison Louis Jadot since 2007.

White 100% Chardonnay

Wine making This Ladoix white is aged in French oak barrels during 14 months.

Winemaker's comments / Gastronomy This particular wine is full of fruit flesh giving a nice impression. Moreover it has a nice acidity. It is very harmonious. It matches shellfish tartar, terrines and goat cheese. The ideal serving temperature is 12/13°.

Preservation This white Ladoix will be able to keep 4 to 6 years if all the conditions of temperature ans storage are respected.
