LETTER OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY DESTRUCTION This AGREEMENT, (the “Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the __ day of _________, 2015, by and between Elfring Fonts, Inc., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Illinois, herein after referred to as “Elfring” and _________________________, (customer name), herein after referred to as “Customer”. Customer agrees to: 1) Destroy all copies of Elfring’s software, including all software on Customer’s computer systems and all backup systems and other media. 2) Destroy all documents, examples, and media that have been printed with Elfring’s software. 3) Return this signed and completed form along with all physical copies of Elfring’s software directly to Elfring at Customer’s expense.
