Committing to Your Well-Being The Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) program is the most widely researched meditation skills training program worldwide and has been shown to have both physical and mental health benefits.

A Transformational Learning Opportunity The fee for this 27 hour program is $395. There is a $15 fee for program materials, including meditation CDs for home use and program workbook. About the Facilitator Caroline Peterson is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Board Certified Art Therapist. This mindfulness training program is derived from the work of Jon Kabat -Zinn, Founder of the Center for Mindfulness at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center where Caroline received advanced training to teach MBSR. Caroline is in private practice and is the founder of Springboard Studio . Caroline works with the Supportive Care Team at Penn Medicine’s Abramson Cancer Center at Pennsylvania Hospital.
