In this book we have considered micropolar fluid flows through nonporous and porous medium under different conditions with inclined magnetic field. The non linear governing equations are solved analytically for steady as well as unsteady flows of a micropolar fluid by applying long wavelength and low Reynolds number approximations. The effect of various parameters like magnetic field parameter, porous parameter and Hall parameter on the flow characteristics is analyzed with particular prominence. We observed the effects of magnetic field and rotation on the micropolar fluid model of blood flow through stenotic arteries promises an important biomedical investigation. The investigation can play an important role to resolve the flow characteristics like spin velocity, volumetric flow rate and resistance to the flow of a micropolar fluid in particular situations.
