PRE-REQUISITES: The delegate must have a background of looking after computers in some form therefore are computer literate and are able to navigate within windows, reboot terminals and have a basic concept of Microsoft jargon. The intended audience of this course is personnel responsible for auditing and daily maintenance of the IT infrastructure of the venue/s.
OBJECTIVES/ LEARNER OUTCOMES The intention of this course is to provide the ACE specific requirements of SQL; therefore the course will enhance the delegate’s current knowledge base to more specific ACE requirements and provide a platform for basic SQL fundamentals. NOTE: The intention of this course is not to train someone to become a DBA but rather to enhance an IT resources knowledge base to include ACE specific requirements. This course does not include the installation of SQL.
