ABSTRACT This research was aimed to know modelling phytoplankton with canoco software which used as one of the ecological data analysis software in qualitative. Processing data phytoplankton using Canoco software. The results showed the composition of each genus of phytoplankton and abundance by looking at the length of the arrow and the degree of distance of each genus with the captured times on Canodraw on Canoco Software. The depiction is also give the results that Nitzschia is more affected by salinity rather than temperature. Keyword: Phytoplankton, Canoco, Modelling
