If there is a * next to your name this indicates that you are expected to liaise with a) the person leading the service that Sunday; b) the other people playing to organize a rehearsal; and c) with Andy Rigby to let him know the hymns/songs for the projector before Friday evening. In volunteering to be part of the worship group you are expected to be committed to rehearsals – these WILL take place in CHURCH on THURSDAY evening or SATURDAY afternoon. If you know that you will be UNABLE to make the rehearsal, we would prefer that you arrange a swap for that week with another musician who can do so and inform the worship leader. If you are UNABLE to play for whatever reason on any of these dates, please arrange a swap with someone else on the rota as soon as possible and let the worship leader know for that week and the week you are swapping. If you are due to sing or play in church, please arrive 25 minutes BEFORE the service begins with EVERYTHING you require, i.e. music, and to reduce photocopying, please retain copies of music for future use.
