ST.FXU- UCR The Use of TAR (Theatre as Representation) in administrative Studies. This study examined how present in-service administrators feel towards administrative issues in schools. Was involved in the Nassau County 4-H Club movement from ages 9-18; was awarded several leadership awards (National 4-H Club, Elks Club) and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army as Sp/5 in 1971. Mother (deceased) was professional classical pianist, teacher and piano accompanist to professional dance and theatre companies. Father (deceased) was a sociologist and administrator at Youth House (NYC), a detention home for delinquent young males.
