NAUEP CEI Exam Study Guide INTRODUCTION The NAUEP Basic/Etiquette Protocol Exam is an exam which tests the knowledge of individuals seeking to complete their NAUEP Etiquette Certification. After completing the five core etiquette/protocol workshops, you will take the final step in your journey to be certified. The exam assures you have grasped the materials and are comfortable with teaching the core etiquette areas. Before you become a Certified NAUEP Affiliate, you must score at least a 70% on the exam to pass. This Study Guide will assist you in preparing to successfully pass the exam. Preparation for taking the NAUEP CEI Exam will include reading books, and completing the NAUEP Certification Workshop.

What the NAUEP Certification Exam Covers The NAUEP Certification Exam is divided into five sections containing twenty questions in each. Each question is worth one point.
