ORDERING PROCEDURE Call either Heartland Ag location and ask for parts sales department, shortline sales or equipment sales. Orders may be faxed to either location. For Iowa parts Fax to 515-292-0416, in Missouri Fax to 660-886-6111. When ordering replacement parts, it will speed up the ordering process to have the year, model, make and serial number of the related equipment available. In addition, providing part numbers from our catalog or from the equipment parts manual will insure you get the parts you need as quickly as possible. If your company requires purchase orders please provide your P.O. number as well as complete shipping instructions with each order. TERMS Open account terms are as stated on each invoice. Open accounts are provided only after completing a Heartland credit application, credit verification and satisfactory approval. After approval, orders may be processed on open account. Prior to this, orders will be shipped on a cash, credit card or COD basis only. Applications are made to our controller at Ames, IA location. A 1-½% service charge will be charged on all past due accounts. Minimum service charge is $1.00. A $25.00 charge will be assessed on all NSF checks. NSF checks will be pursued for collection under applicable statues of the state. All collection costs and expenses will be buyer’s responsibility, including reasonable attorney fees.

PRICING All pricing is subject to change without notice or obligation. Orders will be processed with the price in effect on the date of order. To confirm pricing, call either Heartland location. RETURN POLICY All merchandise returned to Heartland Ag for credit must be accompanied by an approved Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) plus a copy of the original Packing Slip or Invoice. Only parts purchased from Heartland Ag may be returned for credit. All returns must be in new condition, free from dirt, chemicals and oil. Only parts purchased within 90 days are eligible for return. All non-stock parts are non-returnable without approval of the Parts Manager. Upon approval, all non-stock parts will be assessed a 30% restocking fee. Shipments of parts must not be rejected at time of delivery without the approval of Heartland Ag, Inc.

WARRANTY
UPS, FedEx, Spee-Dee etc. will be shipped with freight prepaid. All freight, packing and handling charges will be billed to the customer. Other forms of delivery, such as common carrier, will be shipped collect unless indicated differently. All orders signed for by customer’s representative will be assumed to be complete orders.
Heartland Ag shall not make any warranty of any product as to the performance, durability and application other than that as provided by the manufacturer of said product.
Orders shipped directly to customer from vender shall be subject to any additional cost to Heartland.
It is important to Heartland that we provide extraordinary service. Please advise us if any aspect of the process involving your order is not satisfactory.
All orders received before normal shipping deadline for products in stock will be shipped same day. During peak seasonal periods we will make special efforts to ship UPS packages after normal hours.

BUSINESS HOURS WILL-CALL ORDERS Orders will be held for 14 days after specified date of pickup unless special arrangement has been made at time of order. After this period, orders will be shipped via best available method.
CLAIMS and SHORTAGES Please check shipments upon receipt, noting any damages when signing for your shipment. Do not return damaged goods to Heartland. Save all packing materials. Notify transportation company immediately. Company involved should handle picking up goods for inspection and settlement of your claim. Heartland’s Parts Department will assist you when filing claims if necessary. However, we are not directly involved in the process, as liability of the shipment falls to the carrier. If there is a shortage discovered when inspecting an order upon receipt, Heartland Ag should be notified immediately. Shortages should be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

New Leader Dry Spreaders
Now you can design your own L4000G4 dry box to suit your needs both now and in the future. The New L4000G4 easily adapts from a fertilizer spreader to a high volume lime spreader or a MultApplier for spreading two products or a MultiBin for spreading up to four products. All L4000G4 dry spreader boxes come with a removable rear end gate to support either a 5’ or 7’ MultApplier insert or MultiBin insert. An add-on MicroBin is available for MultiApplier units to allow up to three different products. Now you can spread preblended fertilizers up to 100’ and ag lime up to 60’. Add a MultApplier or MultBin insert and simultaneously spread two, three or four different products up to 84’. The New L4000G4 can accurately spread from 75 to 1000 pounds of fertilizer per acre at 15 MPH. The L4000G4 is available in lengths from 13’ to 14’ and is constructed in your choice of painted 409 stainless steel or unpainted 304 stainless steel. The L4000G4 comes standard with a 30 inch belt-over-chain (a #3 pintle chain is optional for aggressive lime applications), a swinging inverted “V” to help lessen the heavy loads on the belt and 132 inch fenders. A high performance hydraulic package is available for heavy lime applications. Other features include new style spinner motors that have a stainless steel shaft sleeve and heavy-duty bearing assembly to extend the life of the motor seals, a new style hydraulic reservoir for improved efficiency and serviceability, a high performance oil cooling system, a new enhanced RAVEN servo valve which resists corrosion and, a pressurized chain oiler system with adjustable spray nozzles and an optional remote switch. The patented G4 spinner assembly design allows you to cover more trouble-free acres per day than ever before. Wako Strip/Zone Till Applicator
Wako’s BCW toolbar has four rows of heavy 4” x 6” framing that makes it one of the strongest farming tools on the market today. It was designed for the high horsepower tractors which can over-pressure implements and cause structure failure. The BCW allows greater flexibility and greater longevity than traditional toolbars. Other features include replaceable cast hinges, Nylatron wear surfaces as well as heavier shafts and clevises on the cylinders. It also has the heaviest shank design available. These liquid carts are available in three sizes - 850 Gal./ 1200 Gal./1700 Gal. Grain Moisture Testers from Dickey-john® New! Dickey-john Mini GAC & Mini GAC Plus grain analyzersThe world’s most accurate handheld grain moisture tester. Mini GAC & Mini GAC Plus feature a menu-driven operating system, an internal scale (no pre-weighing), USB compatibility for calibration loading, use for over 450 grains and products, automatic temperature compensation and NO screw cap which can damage grains, create oily residue, and are cumbersome to use. Bluetooth Add-on Kit For new cab Case equipment including the 20 & 30 series sprayers and floaters, tractors and combines. This simple add-on Bluetooth kit can be easily installed with an existing factory or aftermarket radio and will mute the radio when a call comes in along with playing the callers voice through the cab speakers.
