Office 365 iPhone Mail Setup

1. Open your Safari web browser on your iPhone and navigate to the following site: (http://ios.furman.edu). On the “Install Profile” screen that appears tap on the “Install” button

2. On the “Unverified Profile” window tap the “Install Now” button.

3. On the “Enter Email” screen type in your full furman.edu e-mail address, and tap the “Next” button.

4. On the “Enter Username” screen type in your network username in the following format “[email protected]”, and tap the “Next” button.

5. On the “Enter Password” screen type in your network password, and tap the “Next” button.

6. On the “Profile Installed” screen tap the “Done” button. NOTE: It might take a few minutes for your mail to fully populate to your device. Please be patient on the initial setup of the device.

7. To access the mail on your phone simply locate the “Mail” icon and tap on it one time.

8. Should you have multiple accounts tied to your phone (i.e. gmail, hotmail, office 365…) you can tap on the “Mailboxes” button in the top-left corner of your window to get to your account screen.

9. You can select and individual account by simply taping on the listing. If you wish to see only your inbox for the account you can simply tap the listing under the “Inboxes” section. Should you wish to see all of your files and folders you will need to tap on the account listing in the “Accounts” section.
