Below is a step-‐by-‐step screen shot of the Turkish Get Up. After you stand up repeat the same motions back to the beginning position and that is one repetition. I really like what Gray Cook says about owning your movement problems. To me this just means that you actually do something to correct them instead of ignoring the problem (it will not go away on it’s own).
