They were Informed that the PEMF treatment was uperlmental and that no serlous side effeets has been deserlbed from the use of PEMF In other elin Icai areas (PEMF treatment nf arthroslsln neek, splne, larKe joints and bone heallnK). Patients wllh Intra eranlal meta11mplants or Implanted eleetronle devlees were excluded. DuratIon of treatment was planned to last 5 weeks.
