Celeste Corey-Zopich, PMA®-CPT, NASM® Youth Exercise Specialist, is Chair of the PMA’s Pilates Youth Program, owner and Director of Pilates Staten Island, New York, and owner of the Center for Transformational Wellness. Through Pilates Staten Island she teaches Pilates to clients and offers Pilates teacher training and continuing education workshops. She is the creator of a teacher-training program for Pilates teachers wishing to work with young people, and has many years of experience teaching Pilates in schools and to youth in the mat and apparatus environments. Brett Howard, PMA®-CPT, MA in Dance Education from NYU Steinhardt School of Education, Culture and Human Development, is a member of the PMA’s Pilates Youth Program Committee, and Director of Education for the United States Pilates Association. He is the creator of a teacher-training program for Pilates teachers wishing to work with for young people, and has designed a specialist Pilates children’s exercise program called Kinder Haus. Dawn-Marie Ickes, MPT, CNT, PMA®-CPT, NASM® Youth Exercise Specialist, is owner of Evolve Integrative Wellness, Rancho Santa Margarita, California. Dawn Marie specializes in women’s health, Pilates and rehabilitation, dance and sports medicine, visceral manipulation and pediatrics. During her years on the PMA Board of Directors, she contributed to the successful development of many PMA programs, including the Pilates in the Schools Program and its pilot studies, which were the precursors of the Pilates Youth Program. She was instrumental in creating Pilates Day as a fundraiser to increase awareness and funding of the Pilates in the Schools. Tracy Coe, PMA®-CPT, Owner of Body & Mind Coe-Dynamics, Inc., Manhattan Beach, California. Tracy implemented a number of PMA Pilates in the Schools pilot programs in a variety of school districts in the Los Angeles area over a period of five years.

Tracey Mellor, has been teaching Pilates for more than 10 years in the UK public and private sectors, and is a studio owner in the South East of England. Tracey originally trained with Polestar Pilates UK and The Pilates Institute, and spent many years working alongside Helge Fisher. She is also a yoga teacher (RYT 500) graduating from the Art of Contemporary Yoga School (AOCY) where she is now Head of Mentor Faculty. Tracey studied myofascial anatomy with Robert Schleip and Tom Myers, is a founding member of the Fascia Research Society, and a Fascial Fitness trainer. With her colleague, Joanne Avison, she designed the Fascial Fitness training program for the UK and produced DVD’s and manuals to support the learning. Tracey spent 10 years as a school governor, and teaches Pilates as an enrichment activity in the local secondary school.
