Plug Seal Type RR-Vario Design The RR Plug Seal Vario consists of an elastic, halogen-free, highly fireresistant elastomeric rubber (bst-HFE), with bolts and fittings made from galvanized steel, or alternatively from high-grade steel A4, material 1.4571 (AISI 316Ti). Bolts can be supplied optionally also with Nyloc nuts, galv. or high-grade steel. For non-fire resistant sealings the RR-Vario made from black EPDM-rubber is available. Every RR-Vario is manufactured as a prototype by water jet cutting and can be adapted as required by sealing situation. RR-Vario therefore provides the perfect tightness against fire and highest pressures of air, gas and water. The system can be used for cables already installed!
