2016 POST SHOW REPORT

For the first time ever a Operational Excellence event went viral! PEX & Performance Management Europe was the talk of Amsterdam, as we spent three days sharing tangible success stories and failures within the realms of change management, customer centricity, data analytics and organisational culture. Over 200 Process Excellence professionals from the continent’s most prominent organisations including Uber, eBay, Airbus, Google, TNT, Deutsche Bank, Ericsson, Arla Foods, Johnson & Johnson, Shell, LEGO, Volvo Group and Coca-Cola led the line for Europe’s largest ever and fastest-growing PEX event. Across a myriad of industries senior executives are outlining major transformations that need to be applied swiftly, as the world develops in customer demands, operational development and digitalisation. With young companies developing innovative, agile business models and changing the way we talk to customers, it is imperative that other industries maintain pace with these trend-setters. 70 speakers, 21 Interactive Discussion Groups, 32 presentations, 5 workshops, bottomless networking opportunities and a selfie-stick-led drinks reception paved the way for the all important balance between the educational and the fun in an ever-informative environment. Global Heads and Directors of Process/Operational Excellence showcased best-practice case studies in:  Change management used to accelerate and transform processes and performance  Cultural implementation through logical leadership and enterprise-wide initiatives  Customer centricity by placing the customer and its perspectives at the heart of your philosophy  PEX tools and frameworks, including generic maturity models, that have been implemented globally. From 23rd October to 25th October 2017 in Amsterdam you can expect to be guided through more tangible case studies and discussion groups as we continue to grow your PEX community. Newly featured topics within robotic process automation, cloud and mobility for continuous improvement, the two sides of big data analytics and achieving stakeholder buy-in alongside cases in business transformation, change management, customer centricity, and culture and leadership will compromise a pertinent and forward-thinking agenda providing all you need to know to maximise performance in your own organisation. I have absolutely no doubt that in 2017 you will be in for another allstar symposium and I cannot wait to see you there!
