The President & CEO works closely with the owners and Board of Advisors to develop a long term strategic plan for the business. He or she leads the company and the Senior Management Team in delivering outstanding financial and service results, while implementing the company’s plans, vision and mission. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for maintaining a culture congruent with the company’s core values. The President & CEO is accountable for ensuring the long term operational and financial stability of the company, with strong consideration of the customer’s and staff’s interests. The ideal candidate is a progressive senior executive who is recognized for his/her leadership in a sales and marketing environment. A strong operational background, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with a hands-on style that builds teamwork and a track record of outstanding business results. The successful candidate will have proven results in leading organizations in achieving outstanding profitability, ideally within a complex and geographically diverse distribution environment.
