The Supplier / Manufacturer will have to submit their offer in two BID, (1) Technical BID and (2) Price BID. The main envelop will contain two separated covers i.e. Technical BID and Price BID. The Technical BID shall be opened at 16:00 Hrs. if possible on due date. After scrutinizing the Technical BID, if party fails to fulfill the qualifying requirement, the Price BID of such parties will not be opened. The Price BID of qualifying parties, thereafter shall be opened on the Dt. & Time communicated to qualified parties in the presence of parties attending the price bid opening The BID should be clearly super scribed with our reference No. Due Dt. & title of work etc.

1. The product should have minimum warrantee period of 1 years. More warrantee period will be preferable and shall be given due weight age & preference. 2. The payment shall be made after satisfactory installation. 3. The above supply & installation is to be carried out at 220 kv S/SGondal and 132 kv S/S Jasdan 4. The party has to arrange for transportation of man & material to site of work at his own cost. 5. No price escalation will be paid. Rate quoted should be firm up to the period of contract. 6. If found necessary, the order may be awarded to more than one agency against the tender. 7. The work of installation shall be carried out through experienced & conversant technician only. 8. In price BID, Only unit rate should be shown including of all taxes & other charges if any, break up of which is to be given. 9. The party has to provide service after sale for 1 year without charging any extra cost.

The tender should be submitted in original. On cover, it should be distinctly indicated as “Bid against Tender Notice No TCG- _________________Technical and Price bid filled and sealed in to two separate covers marked ”Price Bid” & “Technical Bid”. The tenders may be sent by Registered Post / Speed Post only as to reach this office on or before___________ up to 14:00 hours. Additional General Terms and conditions: 1.
Contractor will have to make his own arrangement for all tools, tackles, manpower etc.
2.
No tools, tackles, manpower will be provided by the GETCO.
3.
Contractor will be fully and solely responsible for any shortage, damage, materials / equipments while executing the work.
4.
The cost of damages, shortages, breakages will be recovered from the contractor’s bill. The assessment of which will be done by Engineer at his sole discretion and his decision shall be binding to the contractor and shall be considered as final and unchallengeable.
5.
The GETCO will not be responsible for any accident, injury etc. to the Contractor’s Labour or any disability to those persons while execution of the job. Any shortages / loss / damage to Contractor’s equipments / tools-tackles during execution of work will be liability of the contractor.
6.
Contractor will have to give indemnity bond to GETCO against any possible claim of compensation for damage to GETCO equipments or staff or any other third party during the execution of whole job. If for any reason, GETCO is called up on to pay any such claim or compensation, the same will be recovered from the contractor’s bill any where pending with GETCO even at any later date.
7.
For attending the work by contractor will be informed in advance, so as to keep ready skilled labourer, tools, tackles and other require materials. The GETCO will not be in any case responsible for any delay in completing the job. No. extra charge for any matter, whatsoever will be paid to the contractor. If contractor fails to execute the job in reasonable time, the job will be done at contractors risk and cost. Penalty/additional expenditure as per GETCO rules will be levied and will be recovered from the contractors running bills/deposit etc. will be forfeited, reserving all rights of the GETCO to recover from balanced dues.

Contractor or his authorized representative should constantly remain present while executing complete job to avoid any complication.
9.
Contractor must engage sufficient skilled labors and competent experienced supervisory staff for executing the job, so as to avoid unnecessary delay, to complete the timely and as per requirement of order.
10.
Contractor will have to complete entire job as per instruction, if fails, to do so, entire work will be carried out at contractor’s risk and cost.
11.
A Solvency Certificate to the extent of 20% of ordered value will have to be produced by the contractor.

Contractor will be solely and fully responsible for any accident, damage either to private or public properties or any human being during execution of the entire job.

Other general terms and conditions as prevailing in the GETCO will also apply to these jobs.
15.
In case of any dispute or doubt, the decision of Superintending Engineer(TR), Gondal shall be final and binding to the contractor.
16.
The GETCO reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time during its tendency without giving notice of termination or any reason thereof.
17.
If the contractor will fail to arrange to execute the job in time and due to this any revenue loss occurs, the same will be recovered from the contractor.
18.
The GETCO shall deduct the any other levy or duty as per Government Law/prevailing rules from each & every bill.
19.
Any dispute arising out of this tender documents will be subject to Gondal jurisdiction.
20.
If the work is not completed in time after issue of order, the contractor shall be liable to pay penalty up to ½% per week of the total amount subject to maximum of 10% recovered on the contract value.
21.
Contractor has to submit last I.T. clearance certificate and necessary documents of experience.
