El alumno deberá responder en inglés a las cinco preguntas que se forrnulan (Puntuaci6n máxima del ejercicio: 10. Puntuaci6n máxima de cada pregunta: 1ª pregunta = 4 puntos; 2ª = 1,5 puntos; 3ª = 1,5 puntos; 4ª = 1 punto; 5ª = 2 puntos.

Do your parents bombard you with unsolicited advice about how to run your life? Dothey tend to follow a compliment with a put-down of the way you dress or wear your hair-as if you were a teenager? Do you often feel that you're walking on eggshells when you're around them, afraid they'll find fault with any comment you make?If so, you have lots of company. Many adult women find that no matter how mature and independent they become, their parents continue to view them as little girls who need constant advice. They still try to tell you what you ought to do or be. And even when they're ostensibly on your side, they sneak in a zinger-a pointed little remark like: "You looked so nice last summer. Maybe you should go back on that diet"; or "It's so nice to talk to you. Why don't you call more often?" or 'What an attractive outfit! You must spend a fortune on clothes". Take Karen, for instance. She's 39, has been married for 17 years and is the mother of two teenagers, yet 'My mom and dad still treat me like a child", she says. "They seem to find fault with everything I do. I love them, but sometimes I wish they'd keep their opinions to themselves.
