Experimental results such as load versus displacement, stress-strain relationship, effective equivalent viscous damping and hysteresis loops were recorded and analyzed. Visual observation on damages were taken in the laboratory using digital camera and classification of damage were made based on spalling of concrete, incremental of drifts, mode of failures, buckling and fracturing of longitudinal and transverse reinforcement bars. Conclusions and recommendations were written at end of each chapter for the use of structural engineers, builders, architect and other parties who are involved directly in the construction of reinforced and precast buildings using Industrialized Buildings Systems.
