SPIRAL RIDGE PERMACULTURE

Regenerative Earthworks Description Regenerative Earthworks is a holistic approach to healing the land using human scale labor and small do it yourself machinery to build swales and ponds throughout the landscape. Regenerative Earthworks includes the application of biologically active compost teas, planting of various bioaccumulating and nitrogen fixing plants, re-mineralization of the soil using amendments, the use of animals to enhance the biology of the soil, and mulching to conserve water and heal the exposed soil. According to Sepp Holzer 70% of our agriculture is completed when we have our water systems designed and developed. Without Regenerative Earthworks we have little chance at creating Regenerative Farming Systems.

Accommodations Rustic living with outdoor shower and compost toilet. Camping is free. Dorm rooms, Private Rooms and Cabins are available at The Ecovillage Training Center. [email protected] Simple meals will be served three times daily. There will be a chore wheel for this course.
