Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

Kevin:

Welcome everyone. This is Kevin Gianni from RenegadeHealth.com. Tonight we have a very special guest on the line. A lot of you out there, I’ve heard, are interested in women’s issues. As you know, I’m not an expert in that at all, whatsoever. What we always do when we’re not an expert in something is we go out and find someone who is doing something that is making change. So tonight’s guest is Dr. Theresa Dale. She’s an author, researcher and educator. She’s been in private practice since 1980 in the areas of homeopathy, naturopathy. Do I say that right? I’ve heard people say it nat-ur-o-pathy or nature-op-athy -- I’m butchering it. What is it?

Dr. Dale:

You can say it either way but nature-o-pathy is the way most people say it.

Kevin:

Great. There you go. Nutrition, magnetic field therapy and emotional release technology. In 1994 she founded the California College of Natural Medicine, a California state-approved college, which offers advanced naturopathic training to health professionals. Theresa is a medical consultant to health providers, is an instructor and dean at CCNM. She also invented and formulated a naturopathic approach to balancing hormones, which incorporates her own 24-hour circadian rhythm saliva test, endocrine-rebuilding diet, homeopathy and meridianbalancing. Tonight we’re going to be talking specifically about hormones and women’s issues in this call. So get ready. Dr. Dale, you’ve already spoken but welcome.

Dr. Dale:

Thank you, so much. It’s a pleasure to be on your show.

Kevin:

We’re going to have a lot of fun tonight and we’re going to talk about a lot of things I know absolutely nothing about. So this is going to be fun for me, as well. Why don’t we get started. Why don’t you tell us a little bit about how you got into this. I know some people may not know who you are. If that intro wasn’t enough. What got you inspired?

Dr. Dale:

I think that’s the best question you could have asked because it helps people to know a little bit about why I have a passion for helping humanity and helping 1

women to heal their bodies without going to drastic measures like hysterectomy or going through menopause using hormone replacement therapy. What happened was, basically being raised with an Italian mother and a Swiss father, my mother had a lot of health issues. This was a very long time ago. I grew up changing her bandages. She had nine surgeries. She had a hysterectomy. She had her gallbladder taken out. She had a plastic tub in her kidney. She had a goiter. She had high blood pressure. She had her coccyx bone sawed off. Watching and dealing with all of this, it made a huge impression on my mind. That was to avoid doctors at all cost and to try to do things as healthy as possible. So when I was 21 I was diagnosed with a tumor on top of my uterus. Now, I wouldn’t let them do a biopsy because even though I was 21, very naïve and just leaving home to live on my own, I had a feeling, listening to my gut, that doing the biopsy wouldn’t be a good thing. They took x-rays every couple of months and this tumor kept growing. I didn’t know if it was cancer or not. I said to them, “You’re not going to take it out. I’m going to fix it. I don’t know how I’m going to fix it, but I am.” They said, “Come back soon. We’ll retest it.” So to make a very long story short, I changed my attitude about life. I changed my diet. I looked at things that I was doing that didn’t make good feelings inside of me. That’s the words that I thought of at the time. I changed those things and within six months it was totally gone. I’m 62 and it’s still totally gone. So I cured this tumor. As a result, after six months of seeing on an x-ray that it wasn’t there, not palpable anymore, I realized I could do something really good for people and help other people with similar situations. So I started studying healthcare at a very young age. Then it was a process. It was just like this evolving process in my life, of helping humanity as much as I possibly can. That is what gave me my first passion, which has grown since then, tremendously. When I was in Europe studying in 1985, Chernobyl blew up. I was in East Germany and it was raining so the rads were coming down. I got sick, but I didn’t know it was from that because they didn’t announce it until two weeks after it blew up because they didn’t want to hurt the tourist trade in the south of France. So everybody was getting irradiated, not knowing they shouldn’t eat the food and drink the water. So I left to go to Switzerland where I have family. They’re so anal there. It’s such a beautiful thing. They announced every half hour how many rads were in the top of the Alps, how many were on the ground. So I could really tell the amount of radiation that was falling. There we got notification, “Do not go outside. Do 2

not drink. Do not eat. Eat anything that was packaged before this date. Drink bottled water packaged before a certain date.” I became very ill. My hair fell out. My knees were swollen. They were in pain. I couldn’t walk very easily. I started using homeopathic medicine to heal my body. It worked. I was able to come back to the United States and really continue with my healing process. It took me a couple of years to get all that radiation out of my liver and to heal my thyroid and grow my hair back that fell out. But it taught me something very important. That is, I know how to heal radiation issues, any kind. I’ve developed remedies to protect people from radiation, whether it be cell phone radiation or nuclear radiation, radiation from your computer, from xrays. I have homeopathic remedies to protect the body and to detoxify it out of the body. Radiation is everywhere. So that’s the event that pushed my passion to the level where it is today, to answer your question. I’m sorry that took so long. Kevin:

No, it’s great. The topic that we want to talk about specifically, and I do want to talk about computer radiation a little bit, is hormone issues. The first question that I really have is, how many people would you say, women in particular and men, too, are faced with different hormone issues in a given day?

Dr. Dale:

A lot. How many people? Probably half of the population that’s over a certain age and some of them that are under a certain age. Hormones change. The amount of hormones that we produce in the morning when we get up, to the time we go to bed at night. Those hormones change because our body makes and secretes different amounts according to our stress levels. That’s the bad news. Our society is ridden with stress. When you turn on the TV, if you watch the news, oh my God. Radio is best. I’ve always thought that. I would say that probably half of the population in the more civilized countries. When you’re looking at third-world countries you’re seeing less of it because even though they have stressors, they don’t have enough to eat, they don’t have enough food and money and clothing and housing, that is a stressor, but they don’t have the stressors that we have. Sometimes I think that what we have is a lot worse stressors because of the way societies are. In civilized countries I would say that half of the population and most women over the age of 35, will experience hormone situations. Men over the age of 40, 45 can experience them in some way or another. The woman or the man may not think they are hormonal problems. They may not be. They may be hormone problems that are manifested and created from 3

another issue in their life, like dental issues. Because our teeth are like little organs and each tooth has a meridian that runs through it, if we have a root canal on a tooth that is related to ovaries, uterus or prostate, testes, we can easily get a hormonal issue problem, imbalance, from dental issues. The dental issues, that has been proven for 150 years. There’s a dental chart on my website that anybody can access. It’s translated from German, which is where I studied for nine years in homeopathy and naturopathy. You can look at the dental chart under the resource area of the website and you can see your teeth and all the organs, meridians and glands and vertebrae that are related to each tooth. I think that is a wonderful way to educate yourself. If you have symptoms, the symptoms could be caused from the dental issues. If they are treated just for the symptoms, then you could be treating it for the rest of your life or it could get worse, because you may not be finding the real problem. Other issues that can cause hormone situations that are uncomfortable and unpleasant, like hot flashes and mood swings and that sort of thing for women-we’ll get to men in a little bit--is let’s say you have a lot of stress. You have a lot of emotional stress with your job, with your relationship, or you have a lot of emotional stress with your parents, taking care of your parents or some kind of emotional issue. That will affect, directly, cortisol levels and how cortisol is secreted and made by the adrenal cortex. It will also dramatically affect the immune system, burdening it, so that you’re more likely to get things like viruses, bacteria, parasites. When you have a strong immune system it’s very hard to get those things. So we have to look at stress, we have to look at dental, in relationship to our hormones. A woman could have a real hormonal issue from menopause. Menopause is natural. But we don’t need to go through all of the hot flashes and the insomnia and the dramatic sweating that in the middle of the night women wake up and their bed is soaking wet. They gain weight. They don’t have to go through that. At any age the adrenal glands can be rejuvenated because your adrenal glands also make hormones. Your adrenal glands start making more of progesterone, estrogen, testosterone, all of the cortico-steroids, hormones that your body needs, when you’re nice to them, when you don’t drink too much caffeine, when you eat the right foods and avoid sugar and avoid various types of substances and foods in your diet that are toxic. So taking care of your adrenal glands are the most important thing in order to fix severe menopausal symptoms. I have created a line of homeopathic remedies that we’ve tested. They’re FDA approved and registered. But we’ve also tested them with 20,000 before and 4

Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

after saliva tests. Those were not my patients, those were my doctor’s patients. I train doctors every day and deliver comprehensive seminars, both on the web and in person, for health providers, licensed health providers. The hormone rejuvenation is homeopathic. It works. It’s safe. It cannot produce any toxicity in the body. And you don’t need to take it forever. It’s like a dream come true. You take it when you’re under stress and to correct hormone levels. Then when you start feeling great you don’t need it. Later on, months later, a year later, if you find that you start having more menopausal symptoms because of stress in your life, you can start using it again without a prescription. It’s over-the-counter. I feel like this issue of hormones is really an important issue for men and for women. Kevin:

Let me ask you this. You talked about adrenals regenerating. What does it take for the adrenals to regenerate?

Dr. Dale:

That’s a great question. When you go to your physician, a medical doctor, they will not likely tell you that your adrenal glands can be rejuvenated. What it takes, Kevin, is a very simple approach with diet, nutrition and homeopathic medicine. Getting back to the adrenal glands and how we can rejuvenate them. Avoid things that are really harmful. For example, caffeine not only dehydrates them, but exhausts them. You have two adrenal glands. They sit without touching your kidneys. They’re about an inch or so above the kidneys. When you eliminate caffeine, you take a lot of stress off of them. When you eliminate sugar, the adrenal glands start functioning better. So all of the things you eliminate that are toxic for the body make a huge difference in how adrenal glands function. Remember, when your ovaries slow--well, not you personally, Kevin, but women, when your ovaries slow down production of hormones, your adrenal glands pick up the slack and they do all the work. They make enough for you to live a healthy, happy life with. For men, for example, testosterone. Men later in life start having testosterone issues. They start taking Viagra and all these different things to help them when what they need to do is to detoxify their body and to regulate and heal the adrenal glands. You do that with diet. You do that with the proper nutrition. What’s very good for men for helping the adrenal glands is ginseng. I would use a ginseng root or a powder, without sugar in it, or a concentration or concentrated little glass jar that they have ginseng in and try to get a pretty good quality. Use that in tea. Put a little water in there and drink that every day. The other thing for men that is extremely good is maca. You make a smoothie. Put powdered maca in it. It helps testosterone levels in men and women. 5

Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

Women need a smaller amount of testosterone, but they still need testosterone. That helps their sex drive. So men, we want to use the ginseng. Pumpkin seeds can be used for the prostate to keep it healthy. You can put maca in a smoothie. You can put berries in a smoothie as well as organic, whole berries. You can use a green drink, a green powder or put celery and kale and vegetables in there. That is awesome. You have to look at, also, for men, using a homeopathic remedy. I have one that’s called endopurtestose [?]. It’s homeopathic adrenal, homeopathic cortisol, homeopathic testosterone, homeopathic RNA and DNA, homeopathic adrenal gland. It’s all combined into one formula to normalize testosterone levels at any age. And it works. It’s FDA registered and approved. As far as food, I would suggest that men and women try to ignore the highprotein diet, because your kidneys may not be able to handle it. A lot of people do the high-protein diet to lose weight. That shows you that your body’s metabolism isn’t working right and instead of that you can do bio-compatible and biologically-available iodine. I have a wonderful iodine that’s very clean, in veggie caps. It’s good for the thyroid. It’s good for a goiter, various types of thyroid issues as well as your metabolism. You could put dulse, which is a form of sea vegetable, right in the smoothie, for men or for women. You could also put a superfood called acai. And one that you’re really going to like is called chocolate, like raw chocolate. You can get raw chocolate and put that in the smoothie. You’ll feel on top of the world. You’ll feel great. That is what I would recommend for men. For women, they could make a little different protein drink. They could put some maca in there. But they would put a lot of flax seed oil, organic flax seed oil. The actual flax seeds, coming from seeds, they’ve shown in some studies that it can inhibit thyroid function, whereas it wouldn’t do that with the actual oil. So organic, filtered flax seed oil would be very, very good. Two tablespoons in the smoothie, with berries. Blueberries make a great smoothie. With some green vegetables or a green powder that’s very clean. There’s a few of them around that are good. I personally like PureSynergy and I don’t make any money from the company or anything. That’s the one I use every day. I might even put some goji berries in there, in with the blueberries, to make it very high in antioxidants. I will definitely put dulse in there, to regulate thyroid function. I also take one of my thyroid-healing iodine pills that I have in the veggie cap. It’s very, very bioavailable to the body. Iodine also helps women with breast cancer. There’s a lot of research available today. If you just google iodine and breast cancer, you’ll see some studies come up. In my own personal research with patients, I find that it helps the inflammation in the immune system. There’s a lot I could say about 6

Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

breast cancer and hormones, but I would like to finish this part. The smoothie for women should be loaded with greens and berries, but not too sweet. No sugar added. Acai. You could put the flax seed oil and the maca. For protein, for both men and women, I would use hemp. I was telling a patient the other day to use hemp. And they go, “Oh, Dr. Dale, I had no idea you did hemp.” I said, “It’s a protein. You don’t smoke it.” I’m not telling you to smoke pot. I’m telling you to essentially eat it. It’s in a different form where you don’t get high from it. You just take the hemp protein. It’s such a good protein for the body. You put that in there. Then you blend it all up. If you wanted to put some almonds in there, raw organic almonds, you could do that. You could put some macadamia nuts in there if you chose to. I would do that every morning. Then as far as eating the rest of your day, to help your adrenal glands, you just want to eat a small amount of protein. Research shows that Tilapia fish has the lowest amount of mercury. It is the only fish that the FDA, not that I love them, would recommend to pregnant women. Kevin:

Isn’t it only available farmed?

Dr. Dale:

I’m not sure if it’s only available farmed, but it’s something to look into if you buy it. I buy all my fish at Whole Foods, because their farm-raised fish is not fed antibiotics or anything strange. They don’t put coloring in it. They don’t do anything like that, or hormones to make it grow big. If I’m going to buy a farmraised fish, I only buy it at Whole Foods because I’ve tested it and it tests very good. Some of it may even have less mercury than fish that is not farmed. But Tilapia would be the one. Also, I recommend people eating wild salmon. Wild salmon, albeit it has mercury, it doesn’t have as much as swordfish or tuna or any of those. Tuna has tremendously high amounts of mercury. What does this have to do with hormones? This has everything to do with hormones. Heavy metals are a toxicity in your body. They cause toxicity. That toxicity affects your stress level, your adrenal function. It also affects you neurologically. That is a whole different topic, but I can tell you, if you have mercury fillings in your mouth, you want to definitely look at having them replaced. Even after you have them replaced, what needs to be done, there’s a couple of important things. This is also related to adrenal function, cortisol and your hormones. Take a look at my website. You’ll see some information, or you could 7

Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

google it, on the hepatic glutathione pathway. It’s just three big words which means liver pathway that is related to the glutathione function. The pathway is a very fascinating one because when this pathway is blocked, your brain will not let go of and release heavy metals. Hence you have autism, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s disease and other neurological diseases. This pathway is instrumental in keeping it open so that the toxins in your brain come out. As a result of working with so many patients with neurological issues, including my father who had Parkinson’s disease, I invented a formula which has nutrients in it. It’s very clean. It’s in a powder. It’s for children with autism, as well as adults who have neurological issues, ADD, ADHD, all the way to Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s because it will show a difference. With kids with autism you see a difference in their behavior in two weeks. So this is something very important. The hepatic glutathione pathway is also related to our cortisol levels because it’s a hepatic, a liver pathway. So we want to look at simple things that we can do and we can use that are available to help our body balance. To balance hormones you need to have a couple of things handled. You need to have your stress level handled, your diet handled like we communicated about, and you need to take the homeopathic hormone rejuvenation to correct the problem, as well as look at your dental situation. Do you have a lot of root canals? When did your condition or symptoms start or worsen? Was it after you had dental work? Ask yourself those questions and review the tooth chart that is in the resource area of my website. Kevin:

Let me give out that website now so everyone knows. It’s www.wellnesscenter.net. There’s also a phone number in case you wanted to call in and inquire about some of the things Dr. Dale is talking about. That number is 1-800-219-1261. Go ahead now.

Dr. Dale:

That’s OK. I did want to mention that I do have my latest book is called “Revitalize Your Hormones.”

Kevin:

I love the subtitle on this one.

Dr. Dale:

It’s “Dr. Dale’s Seven Steps to a Happier, Healthier and Sexier You.” This is a seven-step program on how to do what I’m talking about, how to do it. It’s a guide. It’s got recipes in it that are delicious. We have recipes for raw, preparing raw foods and for making them into a dish that’s appetizing. We have steamed foods. We have fish in it. We don’t have chicken. We don’t have meat in it. If you’re trying to heal your body you have to eat the right kind of protein. So it gives you a lot of information on diet. 8

Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

It also has a 16-page homeopathic compendium in the back. That is instructions and remedies that will heal any women’s issue, whether it’s cysts, fibroids, tumors, progesterone imbalance, estrogen imbalance. It gives you the individual homeopathic remedies that are known, for the last 200 years, to cure those problems. Those are individual remedies. My formulas are combination remedies, because it’s a broad spectrum approach to fixing an issue so that we’re not going to miss anything. We’re going to get it. The book has all of the research in it that you can handle, as long as case histories. Kevin:

I think case histories are really important.

Dr. Dale:

The case histories are crucial because you can read what other people have gone through. Many of the case histories in my book are from medical doctors that became my patients. I would say half of the case histories are from medical doctors that were working on themselves, the women, for using my products and my system themselves. It’s very interesting that everyone who has issue with hormones, whether they’re a doctor or a lay person, is looking for some way to fix it that will not kill them or create cancer to kill them. This is an important issue that is part of the evolutionary process in our life, learning how to fix our body, love yourself, evolve, grow, be happier and have a program to be able to help you with that. I think that we definitely have tools for anyone in the “Revitalize Your Hormones” book. My first book is called “Transform Your Emotional DNA.” That is about understanding the blueprint of your life and why people get disease and talking about the specific anatomy of a disease. What is it made of? What’s inside of a tumor? What causes it? It’s very interesting as to what you would find in that book. We talked about getting into the breast cancer and hormones.

Kevin:

Before we get into that, I have two quick questions. You mentioned the flax oil. I’ve read some studies that show that flax oil can actually either help produce estrogen or if it stimulates the production of estrogen. Is that correct? Have I heard that correctly, or no?

Dr. Dale:

Yes, it can. It definitely can. That’s why I didn’t recommend for the male smoothie. It doesn’t push it like soy does. Soy is very estrogenic and if 9

Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

somebody’s estrogen is normal, it could push it over the limit to become toxic. Soy is a whole different animal, not the same. Using flax oil, essential fatty acids, omega-3s, is very important to keep estrogens balanced. You want to take a tablespoon a day, some people two. But not forever. This isn’t something you do for the rest of your life. This is something you do for a while. You can feel better and see how you feel with it and if you feel better you keep going. You don’t do anything for the rest of your life. Everyone changes. Every time you have something new happening in your life, something different and new, your body is going to change depending upon the level of stress related to it, even if it’s good stress, even if you’re becoming a father and your wife is pregnant and it’s a good stress and you’re thrilled and never been happier in your whole life. The adrenal glands are still involved. There’s a good stress and then there’s the other kind of stress. We have to make sure we’re eating the right food for any kind of stress that we do have in our life. So pretty much every day, if you want to cheat on something, cheat with something that’s fairly healthy for you. In Whole Foods they have a lot of little things you can cheat with. Kevin:

When you’re doing your saliva testing, is that one of the best ways to identify hormone issues? Can you do it in conjunction with T3, T4-type testing? What’s the process to identify if you have hormone issues, besides just the physical ailments that people are experiencing?

Dr. Dale:

Saliva testing is wonderful because it shows free, unbound hormones. Blood tests, the proteins are all bound and it’s more difficult to see the truth. You’re not going to see dramatic shifts and changes after starting a new program within two months after it. With a saliva test, after starting a new program like my program, for example, within two months you’ll see a definite change. So it’s much more sensitive. That is one of the reasons why I like to do saliva. I can find out the truth. Also, I use optimal reference ranges with the labs reference ranges because I want to nail it down and discover the exact proper hormone level for each hormone, for each person. In other words, estrogen, there’s three types of estrogen. There’s your estradiol, your estrone, your estriol. Progesterone, there’s a couple of different kinds. Most people don’t know that. There’s the P-1, which is the regular progesterone. Then there’s 17OH progesterone, which is testing the exact amount of progesterone that your adrenal glands are producing. So again, it’s getting back to the adrenal gland health. Your adrenal glands we can test how much your adrenal glands specifically are making. That’s how important it is. 10

Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

Then of course we have free testosterone. For men we have the androstenedione and the dihydrostosterone and the free testosterone. We have a number of different hormones for men that we test, all of the ones that we need to test for men. For women and men we have the DHEA that we test and the adrenal glands produce that. We want to make sure that there’s enough of that. We never give DHEA. We never give hormones to a body because what it does is just terrible. I’m going to go into that with you as soon as I finish this part. Kevin:

That’s what I want to talk about next. Good.

Dr. Dale:

The other thing is that we test for, in conjunction with hormones from the normal perspective that people think of having a hormone test, we also get a thyroid panel done by blood. I like to get a free T3, free T4, TSH, which is thyroid stimulating hormone, and a TPO. Ladies, men, if you do not have these four thyroid tests, no one is going to know what’s going on with your thyroid. You need all four of them. Why? The thyroid peroxidase test tells us if you have Hashimoto’s and an autoimmune disease. That is the one that is eliminated that is not completed. Of all the tests that I see on people, most of the time their doctor didn’t run the TPO, which is the thyroid peroxidase. You need all four of those tests to really tell what’s going on. Then I also like to test for, in the same panel I like to test for parasites and for food intolerances like gluten intolerance. It’s very important because it tells us the health and strength of the immune system. There’s a number of things that we like to test along with the hormones so we can get a broader footprint or blueprint of what’s going on with the person.

Kevin:

I wanted to talk about there are people who do hormone replacement therapies and things like that. I want to talk about the specific things that people encounter when they do take hormones and why or why not that might not be the best thing.

Dr. Dale:

I think that everyone needs to get out a piece of paper and make some notes on this one, if you haven’t done so already, because this could be the thing that saves your life. I would certainly want you to research it, check it out, look in my book, look on my website and see all the research that we have. The most important thing to know is if you use hormone replacement therapy, whether it’s bio-identical, whether it’s progesterone from the health food store that is in a cream, whether it’s synthetic like Premarin, no matter what form you use 11

Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

hormones in, it is replacing what your body is supposed to do. What happens when you replace your hormones is that your body gets lazy. It thinks it doesn’t need to make hormones anymore and it shuts itself down. That ages your body and creates a dependency on the HRT, whatever kind you are taking. Having the dependency on this will make the dosage change. In other words, you may be starting with a very low milligrams of progesterone. Then, you would find that that’s not working anymore and you’ll have to take more. The body slows down its production of making its own hormones more and more and more so you become more dependent on the HRT. We find that when a woman or a man has been on any HRT, it can take us six to nine months to detoxify it out of their body so that we can wake up their adrenal glands and their other glands for the body to make its own hormones again. It debilitates the body. Unfortunately, it makes a lot of money for health providers. I do think this is a very big factor in why HRT is recommended so much by the pharmaceutical companies. I look at greed. Realistically, I have 20,000 before and after saliva tests proving everything I’m saying. It can be proven. When doctors find out about me, the ones that really want to make a change and they start realizing, “My patients are not getting better from this stuff. Now the person has breast cancer or now the person has this problem,” they look me up. They find me. “I remember Dr. Dale.” Or, “I heard about her somewhere.” Or a friend tells them. They’ll call me and say, “What can we do? I need to help these patients.” They’re not trained in medical school about the side effects. If I can find out the truth, then any health provider can find out the truth. What keeps them from finding out the truth, often times, is something called greed. You can get 60-120 dollars per jar or per container of your HRT or your BHRT. When you multiply that times millions of people, that equals billions of dollars. You see what I’m saying? Your listeners need to be aware and cautious about using any HRT, including men. A lot of athletes use testosterone, use steroids to help them be better and have better performance. However, it affects the kidneys. You can affect your performance in a very positive way by using maca. You can use that as a woman, also, to make normal testosterone levels. I had it this morning in my drink. You can use natural things that enable your body to be young again so that you’re not dependent on toxic substances. Don’t you think that makes sense? 12

Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

Kevin:

Of course. What does a woman, or male, who thinks they are having hormone issues, what should they do? How do they start getting started on taking care of the issues they’re having?

Dr. Dale:

First thing is, if they can get a saliva test and do that to find out the facts, like what is really going on with your hormones. What level is your progesterone? What level are your three estrogens and your testosterone? We do five cortisol tests. I’m the only one doing this. Why? Because I want to test each of the meridians, the organs and meridians according to the five element theory of Chinese medicine, their body clock. So I do a 2am liver-testing time. Without knowing your liver function, then you will not really do a good job helping the person with their hormones. You’re going to miss something. I do five cortisoltesting times in the saliva lab test kit. You would just get the test kit home, you would spit in it at the specific times and you would send it in to the lab. If a person didn’t want to do that, if they didn’t want to do a saliva test, then what they would do is read my book. There’s little forms or little analytical questions, assessment questions in my book whereby someone could do the progesterone one and check off their symptoms to see if they have a progesterone issue. It’s not 100 percent accurate, but it’ll lead you in the direction of wanting to do a saliva test. There’s some very good little assessment quizzes in my book for that. They could also do the EndoPure Proestro and Intestos. All three are homeopathic, non-toxic. They work. You can take those according to the directions. Let’s say that you already had high estrogen, you could still take EndoPure Estro, because what it does is it brings estrogen to normal, whether it’s low or high. This is great for women with cancer because most cancers have an estrogenic component, where the estrogens are too high. So this will bring it down to normal. If it’s too low, it will bring it up. It works like that with all of those formulas, because they’re homeopathic. So I would use those. I would do a whole body deep cleanse kit to clean out all of your filtering organs, your kidneys, your liver, your blood. Get all the fibrinogen, all of the toxins out of the blood. Also do a colon cleanse. My kit includes all of those things plus a little vial of a nutritional substance to dissolve gallstones and then a couple of remedies to help with the emotions related to resentment and anger and frustration, which is easy to have when you don’t feel good for a long time.

Kevin:

No kidding. If someone wanted to get that information they could go to your website, correct? 13

Renegade Health Inner Circle Interview with Dr. Theresa Dale

Dr. Dale:

Yes. Go to the website. They could get information on my book, as well there.

Kevin:

The website is www.wellnesscenter.net. The phone number is 800-219-1261. Whoever is answering the phone will be able to take through someone through the information, maybe answer some questions. Is that correct?

Dr. Dale:

Oh, for sure. That person would be Rhonda. Rhonda is a clinical nutritionist. She works with me. She will be able to answer any questions.

Kevin:

Great. We have about a minute left. Is there anything else you wanted to add before we close out?

Dr. Dale:

Oh, good. I wasn’t even timing this. It’s important to learn to stop talking on time as well as to start talking on time. I’m glad I didn’t overdo it there. The other thing would be regarding cancer patients, women with breast cancer. I want to give a little clue here for a minute. Read my book. Follow the program. Look in the back of the book for a remedy called parsinosum[?]. It’s a homeopathic remedy that is used for breast cancer. I highly recommend it. I don’t make that individual one. I make a combination one for doctors that is called Biotox vi. Also, do a saliva test. Find out which hormones are out of balance and balance them with homeopathy and diet and the whole body deep cleanse. You want to also do a little detective work. Go under resources. Look at the tooth chart. You will see in the tooth chart that there are two teeth, your stomach teeth, with an ST. They are numbers 14, 15, 29 and 28 and number 20 and 21. Those teeth are related to the stomach meridian, which happens to go right down your breast and right through your nipple. So if you have a root canal in any of those teeth, I would suggest that you find a biological dentist who can do electro dermal screening or electro diagnosis with you. See if the root canal could be part of the problem with the breast cancer.

Kevin:

That’s pretty powerful stuff.

Dr. Dale:

It’s very important that we get that out to people, because they need knowledge. That’s why I’m so glad to be on your show. I’m so grateful that you’ve given me the opportunity to share with your group of people.

Kevin:

Great. I’m glad that you were willing to give your time. I know that you’re very busy. You speak all around the country and the world. You have a few books and you run a nutritional college in California. That’s a lot of time and I appreciate it.

Dr. Dale:

One more little, little thing. If anyone is in California in March, there’s the Health 14
