1. If Customer is in Negative List Set Score = 0 and exit 2. If Customer is in Positive List set Score = 100 and exit 3. If Customer has a Foreclosure, Bankruptcy or any other negative characteristics Set Score = 0 and exit 4. Normalize external rating and add it to final score 5.
